When I was a young boy, my uncle introduced me to the idea of becoming a “sparky.” I’ve always preferred working with my hands so it seemed like a good fit. 

Once I started down the road of becoming an electrician, I knew this was the path for me. Shortly after being certified as a master electrician, I started Koop Electrical and haven’t looked back.

I’m passionate about growing my team of top-tier electricians to help meet the growing demand for quality electrical services in Calgary. I especially enjoy working with clients and taking the time to understand what their vision is and bring it to life! 

Calgary has been my home for the last 25 years, and I absolutely love this city, its diverse culture, and its proximity to the Rocky Mountains. 

When I’m not working I enjoy a good cup of coffee, weightlifting at the gym, and getting away to the mountains with my family.
